Today marks two years since my dad passed. I still can't believe he's gone 💔💙 My mum is spending the day on a group hunt for seahorses. Last weekend, it was grasshoppers. They had so many plans for their future together. I'm in awe of how she's recreating a life for herself

On the very rare occasions I get out, I take quite a few photos to keep myself going over the next few weeks (and to remind myself that I did actually make it out). And my thoughts always go to those with Severe ME who can't get out at all. These are for you 💙
